Our candles are suitable for vegeterians and vegans. We only purchase from suppliers who are able to prove that they’re cruelty free.
Soy wax is derived from soybean oil. After the soybeans are harvested, they are cleaned, cracked and rolled into flecks. The oil is extracted from these flecks and hydrogenated. It then solidifies at room temperature. Soy wax is natural and biodegradable, it’s a renewable source. It’s easy to clean up by using a bit of soap and warm water. It’s safer to the environment and to your health, especially if you have pets or kids. Paraffin wax is made with petroleum (which is used to build roads) and it releases carcinogens into the air, as well as petrol-carbon soot that can cause oily black marks on walls and curtains. Soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax and because of this soy candles will burn slower and longer than paraffin candles.
Our ingredients are sourced from within UK and we only buy from suppliers we trust and in alignment with our ethics.

We recommend keeping your candles at a room temperature. Different room temperatures might create a gap between the wax and the glass, or white speckling at the edge of the candle, but this is a normal characteristic of soy wax and it doesn’t alter the burning of your candle. “Frosting” can happen when candles are exposed to different temperature during shipment or if you keep your candle in a very cold room.
We aim to ship your order within 1 to 3 working days. During the festive seasons 5 to 7 working days.
We currently ship within UK and Europe. Shipping costs vary and it will be applied at checkout. We are hoping to ship worldwide soon so please bear with us while we currently work on this :)
We are working really hard to scale up to international shipping. We hope to get this up and running soon, please bare with us. In the meantime feel free to order for non UK destinations on my Etsy shop :)
We always make sure that our customers love our products but if your item is damaged or faulty please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of the date you received your order. If the item is damaged we require photos and we will issue a refund. Unless the product is faulty, once the product has been used we won’t be able to refund your order. If you have placed an order and want to cancel it please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of why you want to cancel your order. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched you will have to pay the shipping costs.
If there are reasons beyond our control that have resulted in a delay or failure on our part, then we cannot be held responsible.
We also reserve the right to stop any order if:
- We are out of stock of your product
- We can not complete your payment
- You do not meet our T&Cs criteria
